What does Wellness mean to you:
Wellness is the constant evolution of your personal practice to have optimal health. In mind, body, and soul we can achieve education, enlightenment, challenge our physical bodies as well as achieve greater understanding to our path and purpose on this planet. I believe wellness is the integration of your life’s learnings, seeking guidance in areas that are not your expertise so you can be fully empowered on how to best feel great in your body.
